€ Resurrecting our flagship masterpiece from the initial days of X-Plane has been no easy feat π. This rendition features an overhauled cockpit model, fresh cabin and totally-reworked exterior model π¨ showcasing the beauty that is, a faithfully recreated A300-600 in the virtual flying world π.

Two variants are included in the final package upon release, the Passenger (-600R) and Freighter (-600RF) variants equipped with stunning General Electric GE CF6 engines π₯ with variants sporting the PW4158 engines coming in a later update.

The final product is feature rich with eye-catching features including but not limited to door hinges and mechanisms π§, openable engine cowlings πͺ, modelled complex piping and equipment areas in gear bays π οΈ, sculpted metal-cast landing gear geometry, emergency escape slides π¨, custom cargo loads π¦, 3D characters π©ββοΈπ¨ββοΈ and miscellaneous ground equipment π. Not to forget stunning, vibrant lighting π‘, emissives π₯ custom tyre, APU and engine smoke effects π¨.

The A300 was modelled entirely using 3ds Max and textured using a combination of Photoshop, Substance 3D Painter and Substance 3D Designer ποΈ. We have captured thousands of reference images and videos πΈ to base this rendition off of as faithfully as possible π.

Performance texture packs are available for users with lower-end systems and by default on Xbox, however, the aircraft shines in itβs 4K and 8K texture resolutions π bringing out the most lifelike results when viewed from close up, with custom dirt decals, modelled rivets and panel lines, this product is the pinnacle of whatβs achievable quality-wise in Microsoft Flight Simulator π.
