Each model has been meticulously designed with the latest iniBuilds technology for unparalleled lighting effects that bring the city to life🌃.

Some areas, buildings and communities that make up this add-on include the famous, tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa, the six-star hotel resembling a ship sail, Burj Al Arab⛵, the modest Dubai Marina🚤, Downtown Dubai🏙️ and famous landmarks such as The Dubai Frame🖼️, Museum of the Future🔮, Ain Dubai🎡 along with all of Bluewater Island🏝️ and The Atlantis Hotel🏨. The team used various tools such as 3ds Max, Maya, Z-Brush and Blender to rig and model the skyline of Dubai. They also used Substance 3D Painter, Substance 3D Designer and Adobe Photoshop to assist in creating life-like textures🎨.

A heavy hand of research and data collection has gone into this project including visits to the real locations, blueprint data and 3D LiDAR scanning📡.

The models were placed natively in the simulator using the Dev Tools from the Microsoft Flight Simulator SDK, which allowed for level design and package compilation. Many optimization techniques were performed including 4-5 LOD levels to ensure the best performance on both PC and Xbox versions of Microsoft Flight Simulator🎮.
